Damn it feels nice outside right now. 57 degrees F. How long I have been waiting for this type of weather. Slightly overcast, nice and cold, and no rain. The Perfect day. What would make it even more perfect is if it were dark. Because I prefer perfect nights. hehe.

But its warm and stuffy in this damn office. None of the windows or doors are open to let the cool air in. Which blows because its so nice out.

Anyways. Decided Im not gonna post everyday food and workout crap. I'll post as goals are made.

FOOD:
Today it's just water and granola bars. Need the extra fiber and water to flush out what I ate last night and the night before.

I had too many wings last night at wing night and man do I feel like shit for it. 20 wings. Doesn't sound like much, but thats 20 huge honkin wings. Felt lke shit all last night to.

And then lightning struck my brain this morning. All this stuff Im doing will only work if I do it because I want to. I have to want to. Thats it. Theres no other reason.

It be talk like a pirate day! Arrrrr.

Anyway. A moment of seriousness. Being on suicide watch for your significant other isn't fun at all. Especially being up until 2 or 3 in the morning when you have work at 8 the following day.

I've really let some crap pull me down over the past month or so. I thought I was doing well. I guess I was just being blissfully ignorant. I find myself watching movies last night eating a bag of white cheddar popcorn and tearing down a 3-liter of soda.

Its time to get back in the game. Get the eating schedule back and eliminate the high-carb stuff. And working out regularly again.

Sundays are supposed to be a day of rest. Bull SHIT! My ass they are.

Everything that can possibly aggravate me today has decided to. And only in my first 30 minutes of consciousness. After a good night of movies and Halo 2, its only to be expected that the following day is gonna be full of aggravation.

It never showed up this morning. Probably due to the whole server transfer thing.

Well turns out the mechanic found a used computer that will work with the car. So the total cost is gonna be under $200 total. So SWEET ASS!

The computer is a dead stick pretty much. So thats gonna be replaced. Wanna guess how much? $600 for a brand new one. My car isn't even worth $600 blue book value.
