The computer is a dead stick pretty much. So thats gonna be replaced. Wanna guess how much? $600 for a brand new one. My car isn't even worth $600 blue book value.
On the upside. If he can find one used, he's only gonna charge $125. I'm sure that $600 won't include labor and all that though. Thats just cost of part. Tack on another $100+ an hour I'm sure for labor. hehe. So thats gonna completely clean me out for a while. I get paid today and then I can afford the hit. But it's gonna be tight for a week or so until I can get my account back up past the $500 mark.
I was doin so well to. Went to con and had about $800+ sittin in my account after con. Only spent like $200...donated some money to Julia's mom to pay for insurance so Julia won't lose it. That knocked it to around $500. And now the $600 bill for the car is gonna wipe that out and part of my check today.
Its a good thing all my other shit is paid for for this month. Take 3 steps forward, get knocked 4 back.
At least there was no talk of unicorns.
