With how much yesterday sucked, a friend (and fellow gamer, gun nut, car nut, and beer coinsure)who happens to also be an upper level manager happened to notice that I was really put off.  Simply told me to meet him at his car at lunch….10min later we were at the Troegs Brewery…45min later there was no pain…. And the rest of the day was actually entertaining. (thanks to their Java Head beer)

Just received my notification that I have yet again been rejected for promotion….combine that with the continuation of pay freezes, layoffs coming at the end of next month, and having my job title changed to something that makes my job sound like something a retarded monkey could do, and I’m having one awesome week. It is getting to the point where I could quit my job, reapply for the lowest level position I can (they are still eligible for raises) and I would be making more money than I currently do by the end of November.

I had one massive freaky dream Thursday night….it started off like any classic RPG where I have to fight an evil mirror version of myself summoned by an evil wizard….but all my doppelganger could do was argue why White Albacore Tuna was better that Blue Fin Tuna……yeah, My evil twin was seriously lame and had horrible taste. But oddly enough I woke up with this complete feeling of disgust with myself because I could even win an argument with my retarded evil twin.
