I know....double post......

The Alienware laptop I got my wife almost 3 years ago has decided to play dead.....or is dead, I can't really tell the difference.

here is what it does;

I push the power button, the "power on" light turns on.

if I leave it on this way for an extended period of time, the bottom gets hot and the fan turns on.

if I put in a CD, it will spin it, act like its reading something, but will not give any indication that it is running.

Here is what it doesn't do;

It is time to update my wish list again since the category "BIGASS HAND CANNON" has been fufilled.  After a long story that I don't feel like getting into, I am the proud owner of this Taurus 66 .357 magnum and after some test firing I am also the proud new owner of some minor hearing damage.  (yes I was wearing hearing protection).  Next step, accessories, holster, speed loaders, and trying to find ammo.

Since the intention of my last post was misconstrued, lets try this again.....

I work with people who will openly state that they had kids because it was a popular thing to do at the time. They treat their kids like crap, the kids only get toys after mommy has fulfilled her weekly need for new shoes. The kids look up to their potential fathers, a majority of whom are in and out of jail, never getting jobs, and the kids think that is the best thing ever!
