Came acroos these 2 tracks on there site....they have been converted from shift 2.....best graphical tracks ive seen so far, really fun with 08 FVR V8's
FVR Aussie V8 mod 2008-2011.....really good! only thing i dont like is in the 2011 cars i have lines going through the front window like looking out the rear of a production car? the NZ V8 mod has the same, not sure if its a bug or not?

not a bug mate thats the demister for the front windows they actually use it in V8sc

Were working on a series m8, biggest problem so far is connection problems. Paradox has a friend who is working on a dedicated server, and if he doesnt get it up and going i might put a 2nd comp. together for one. Iam thinking 11am sat or sun my time would work bes for a series, but also mon-wed at 11 as well works. My thurs and fri are taken up with race2play events. Guys can also sign up for free there and run events as a team until we get our own series going. i am taking part in the mini copper series and wtcc.

It's part of a general upgrade of service, I now have a 40gb allowence and while that is small in the scheme of things it is enough to take care of my Sim racing needs and that apart from forums is my main internet use. It came just in time to save me this month, a couple of days ago I had only 3gb left for 17 days, then all of a sudden I had 19, so that BTCC mod is downloading for 07 and Game Stock Car as well. Now they just need to sort the speed issues and all will be grand :)
I appreciate everything you guys are doing to get a series. I am looking forward to it. I know you guys are working hard on putthing this together. Thanks again.
I thought the same thing, but said hey...I live on the wild side! Lol they have been on there site for over a year and haven't been removed yet I've noticed a couple other have been banned. Plus iam not gonna host them just for my own personal use :)
Okay had a short play with the BTCC mod and yes, to be honest I am more delighted with this free mod than Game Stock Car, which felt like buying a Race 07 mod just not quite as good...though I haven't given it much time either.
But anyhow yes this would be a great mod to run for our first series, now I know your on the case for a server kurupt but if it comes to nothing let me know and I will see if we can get some time on a GBR server, I'm sure they would help out push comes to shove.
It is a good mod, physics are really realistic! from the cars ive tested so far ive noticed the easier handling cars are a bit slower than the more difficult ones....I have a friend trying to fix my old lap top so hopefully if he gets it running it will have enough juice to run a server and we will be in buisness shortly.....if gbr is a no go there's also race2play servers I can create a series there for $20
That's the intent...as long as I'm in town & I don't have prior commitments. Saturdays are frequently my out of town day, but I'll try to catch them when I can.
Will ask when details are finalised for the racing. Will you be setting up another web page just for the league for signups etc. If so would be the ideal time to inform them so they can see the details for downloads etc.
Hi Mel, hopefully when Doodi sorts out Church and I's admin problems on this forum we will start a sticky for this series, Church will sort the sign up sheet and take care of the points table, he's a dab hand at the old google spreadsheet and it gives him something to do when he should be working

I updated the race 07 intro and added a graphic enhancement folder with some awesome texture updates i found on nogripracing.com they wont have any online mismatches and really enhances some graphics and make the game more enjoyable to look! the must have is the new sky mod looks a million times better than the pixalated smear that rf1 and race 07 had before :)

I dont think they had legal permission to convert those S2U tracks to Race07. Got to be careful what you get and where.
