as someone who has played gta online from day one if feel this payment might take a little away from the game for newer player. Oh monkey you horrid person you might be thinking but let me explain.
I have gone from robbing stores for small bucks and muggings in the street to now stealing attack choppers and Titan cargo planes to order. The question is if at the time of starting I had 500,000 then would I have bothered with the little things? Maybe not.
as for a player in my position the 500,000 is also a bit lame. Yes I'm going to take the money. But when I look at what I own in game up to this point I've worked hard to get it.
so to sum up. I feel that maybe this is rockstars way of getting players who gave up because of bugs and troubles back playing. As a player who lost 5 characters to bugs and had hours of trouble getting in game I think maybe a custom one off vehicle or gun for players who stuck it out May have been a better move.
Online cash. Given it 2 instalments or $250,000. First one at the end of next week when patch is released, and the 2nd at the end of the month. Or so rockstar suggest.
Tried to go online again but it's giving me the usual" servers not availabe" continuing without saving and playing with a temp character, am i the only one having this?
try deleting the patch and redownloading it shark. i had to do that for the last patch
After pressing retry a dozen times i'm back online, my level is how i leftit but i have to buy clothes again and get à car again and doing a lts , is this normal? I'll try your solution if this fails giz
If you get cloud server unavailable don't do retry, back out to one player and try again from there. This is advice given by rockstar to help prevent character loss.

i have changed the group to invite only, but i counted 20 poeople that i dont know and im not sure if they are members of 2o4f or even 2old2play, this needs weeded do you want to church or will i get the knives out hehe
Anyone have some advice on buying an apartment??..I understand that you have to have a 10 car garage to have a room for doing bank hiests......also how about location......Since I should be getting a quarter mill by the end of the week I was wanting to invest in property....thanx
Was having problems last night, remember being in a car with tourni and all of a sudden i'm up in the clouds?also gave me a failed to save message all the time, tried to get out and it autosaved, played a bit this morning and everything was still there and no problems whatsoever, went on to play just now and the failed to save was back again but this time it said THE cloud servers not availabe unsaved progress will not be saved, didnt go far so not much is lost(i hope)thinking i'll leave THE online for what it is for now.

Saving is done by going back to a person in story mode and do a quick save on your phone?
Just open the pause menu and do leave gta online wich returns you to the single player game and auto saves your online game.

i think we have all lost money clothes from bad saves, make sure you go to the single player before quitting it forces a online save
