Well, her MRI and her blood test results came back yesterday evening and as of right now, everything looks normal. They are going ot have Neurology look at them and set at appointment for the neurologist to see Megan at some point. But for right now, everything "looks" normal. Now, her GI doctor seems to think there is still something wrong with her. He did mention that she may have some allergy to something in the formula she has been taking (Alimentum). We know it is not a milk allergy because they put her on the Alimentum to avoid any milk products, that are present in other formulas.

We had to put Megan in the hospital again yesterday. She, basically, passed out in Stacy's arms yesterday while making a routine visit to her GI doctor. She has lost weight again and is back under 13lbs (12lbs 12oz). For those of you who don't know about Megan, here is the long and short of it (there are some old updates in the Off Topic section somewhere, you would have to go look for them-they have a little more info) She is my 8 month old daughter who has only gained a total of 3lbs 12oz since birth.

So, I went on an overnight camping/ kayaking trip this past weekend in the north Georgia mountains, Ellijay to be specific, and had an absolute blast. Only problem was the traffic. This particular weekend was the Apple Festival, and of course everyone and their grandmomma was there. Apparently, after speaking with a couple of local yokels, people from all over the country come down for the annual festival. Anyhow, after setting up camp Friday afternoon, we settled in for some cold weather. It got down into the low 30's Friday evening, which was cold by my standards, thus freezing my butt off.

Well, apparently the last movie was not as hard as I thought it would be. Yes, it's from Johnny Got His Gun. Great book, great movie. Unfortunately, I have no scene from the movie itself. Knowing this going into it, I just wanted to post the Metallica "One" video. In my mind, one of  the greatest metal songs ever. It has some cut scenes from the movie, so enjoy:

How does one, kill a man?

Many of you know me, both personally and just by gaming. A lot of you know that I post stuff on here that does not have a lot of content, mostly eye candy. A lot of you also know that my family has been pushed to some limits this year, with my daughter. I just received and email from a frined of mine that has put some things into perspective for me. One brief moment. One story, one video. I complain alot about not knowing what is wrong with Megan (no formal diagnosis as of yet) and I also complain about every day life. I am going to paste the story from my email this morning.
