When last we left our super heroes, they had just gotten word from Kortana that help was needed in a Halo 2 online room.  Harold the *cough* Clever was spawn camping on the Midship map.  HIs target was a 25+ year old trying to learn the map and have fun. 

Scary Fox begins to don her costume and a piece seems to be missing.  Her kevlar and lycra bra with silk lining and the black and white fox logo.  Hmm, must not have come back from the superhero laundry.  This seems to be one of the many obstacles that have prevented the duo from hitting the ground running, so to speak.

It's days like those we have experienced this past week that make this time of year my favorite.  Driving along the interstate you experience the way Mother Nature wakes up the land.  The multitude of shades of green that flow among the trees in their various stages of leafing (word?) to the dots of yellow forsythia bushes and pinkish purples of the redbud trees that are interspersed among the cottonwoods.

The kids leave tomorrow night and the house will descend into a gloom.  They are fun to have around.  I don't think the 360 or Wii has seen so much play time since they have arrived.  They are having another LAN party tonight with friends as a kind of send off.

I played Halo 2 last night with my youngest step son and it was the mission when MC and the marines land on Earth after getting rid of the bomb on the ship.  he takes lead and I'm just watching this young man and how he controls his Spartan.  Jumping and shooting, etc.  Me?  I play clean up after he goes in guns barreling.  We get to the section where you get in a warthog and circle this open area until it is cleared of banshees.  Well, we circle and circle and circle and circle, well, you get the picture.  I'm on back trying to keep track of where I'm facing and what I'm suppose to be shootin

Intellectual Superhero
Intellectual superheroes are neither intellectual nor superheros, but don't tell them that.  They easily are identified by their complete inability to allow class to go by without asking at least 654 questions designed to show how "witty" and "clever" they are.

They will attempt to prove the professor wrong in every class with their inane bantering, regardless of the fact the professor has a doctorate in the field.
