So my girl and I went to check out Dana Fuchs with some friends last night at the Middle East in Cambridge, MA. If anyone has seen the movie "Across the Universe" then you will know Dana as Sadie from that movie. Well, just like in the movie, Dana wails and puts on an amazing show. She is one of the best live performers I have ever seen. She played close to three hours to what was sadly much less than a packed house. Despite the small crowd, this woman gave it everything she had and then some.

I am organizing a somewhat impromptu gaming party for Friday, November 20th. I will open up my house (in Woburn, MA 01801) for friends to come over and hang out, play games and chill. Several of my coin-op cronies will be on hand to help me work out some kinks on my arcade cabs. We will also be having a classic console swap-meet for folks who are interested in trading gear. Of course, all my arcade and console systems will be fired up and ready to play. So if anyone want to join in the fun, pm me for directions.

Well, some of you (ok, maybe one or two at least), may have noticed that I have not been around much since my last post. Shortly after my BBQ and game day in celebration of my birthday, our home computer began to act up and has now officially been prounced dead, deceased, non-living. It is an ex-computer at this point. Either my power supply or mother board has bitten the dust. As the machine is over four years old, I suppose that I cannot complain too much.
