Why? Because I had my best clean lap of the whole week in that race. A 1.38....
That was fun and I will take the new challenge Motegi at sunday. Even if I won't be able to train much, because of this RL.

That i qualify to unnormal as i did 1.42.5 and still can't beat that ...... looks like H-pattern shifter don't help again - bit of the throuble to 3-2 and 4-2 gear.......

I think Pap is underselling himself, and the definition of normal round these parts is...well, faster than the average bear BooBoo.
but thats not the point, why should the EUSL be pinalised and cut short for another race.
i could have definateley had a few more laps on it and still have time for the STCC to start at 9
and most are in the EUSL anyway, so it's not like they wouldn't have shown up.
if other races colide with the EUSL, especially after the EUSL come first, then the others should wait.
i think the laps should be determined at the very beggining of the setup and be at least 16 laps for longer tracks (over 2 mile) and at least 20 for the ones under 2 miles....
make it a race worth turning up to......
other wise we may as well do the qualify laps and leave it at that for the points

Yes it did err on the safe side right enough but when all is said and done it was only one of many races and this week it is back to normal. The next STCC race all the time zones are back in sync so there is no problem. Other races cut short, or start early like the Rally one this week to accomadate the EUSL so it's all just a bit of give and take while the time difference sorts it's self out.
Best at the moment is 1:42:192 I did do a slightly faster one while off line but only by a couple of tenths. I hope to break into the 1:41's during the race as I usually find another half second or so under duress.

last week was a bit pathetic to say the least. 1:30 ish per lap and only 11 laps, well 10 really, cos the first was the organiser...
each race should be lasting at least 30 minutes OF RACING, cos tbh, it ain't worth turning up to for 15 minutes...

Last week was cut short due to it butting up to the STCC that is not the case this week so it is safe to assume a race of more usual length.
