Other than purchasing dirt and snow tyres the only upgrade you need for this week's Mitsubishi Lancer EVO IX GSR - 05 is a race modification which you do under the "GT Auto" section where you can paint, buy aero and do an oil change but do not do an oil change please.
So does this weeks car(MItsubishi) get racing modofication as posted by parcells or nothing but dirt and snow tires. The spec sheet if I'm reading correctly does not allow for racing parts.

Why don't you confirm you can join my lobby before Sunday Wheels (just log in I don't have to be there) and if you're sure you can make it next week (obviously something could always come up) we'll make the Vette next week's spec car.

For anyone who's interested (InkaBod - you've asked about tuning help, this is the extent of mine) the final gear ratio (max speed) Parcells is using this evening is below (in the order of the tracks being run). The only other "tune" I made was to add one extra brake balance to the front which I've been doing somewhat more frequently of late as I find it helps to slow the car down quicker on most cars (no surprise)

Parcells...Got my PS3 back today...Haven't opened the box yet and give it a go..Won't make it tonight...Will be visiting my Sister-in-Law in the hospital but should be ready to give it a go next week if all is good with the console!
Parcells...Got the PS3 up and running..Seeings how it shut off and couldn't start before I sent it back I could not save anything and whatever they did wiped out EVERYTHING..NO MONEY ...NO EXPERIENCE ..NO DRIVERS..NO CARS..NO FK'ing ANYTHING!...Maybe I will be back for GT6!!
That's not entirely true Wheels. You still have experience, the kind of experience that counts anyway. I'll gift you each weeks spec car until you tell me to stop and you'll be all set for Thursdays. Have car for tonight all set to go if by some chance your plans change.

@Wheels, did you have your save game in the cloud or on a memory card or USB stick? So long as you use the same account, you should be able to reload the save game. Anyway, I will assume you cannot reload your prior save game and will start sending you cars that you either can use or that you can sell back to the game for credits. Make sure you do the easy seasonals so that you can level up more quickly and get easy cash. There are still lots of those events available. Stay away from the "expert:" events until you rebuild your car selection.

GT5 is still on this weeks guys and were running Wheels Vette that we didn't get to run a couple weeks back. Spreadsheet will be updated within 5 minutes.

OHHHH NOOOOO...NO SouPs on my PS3 comeback!!!!...I just can't believe how fast the PS3 is after that molasses fiasco with the 'Ol Machine. Things are running fast...Getting some credits and experience..Up to somewhere around 200 cars and some ready cash running the B Spec races and B Spec Seasonal Races where I can get close to 2 million a race...Things are looking up...Thanks to Zero and Parcells for gifts and kind offers...Feels...Just like Christmas!!!...Hope Everyone has the Merriest of Christmases and the Best of New Years!!!

There's nothing to tune on this car and Parcells tuning is limited to changing the final gear ratio. I don't think any of us actually tune these cars?
Awesome racing last night guys! Some great close battles throughout the night with some very very close finishes, had a riot!
Tracks listed for this Thursday are incorrect, I will update the sheet tonight.

Sounds like you have it right Inka....NO upgrades whatsoever except the race modification and you need dirt and snow tyres for a couple of tracks.
