Anybody out there make there own beef jerky?  I have not made any in years.  I love beef jerky.  In fact, the whole family loves it.  I am looking for new recipes so if you have an old secret family recipe you wouldn't mind sharing, please let me know.  Here is a recipe I have tried and is okay.

1 table spoon of Smoke Spice
1 table spoon of Brown Sugar
1 1/2 table spoon of Flavored Salt
2 tables spoons sesame
1 clove chopped garlic
1 chopped chili
2 cups teriyaki sauce

Not being able to sleep for about a week sucks a big one.  The pain has been driving me crazy.  Dentist said teeth were normal.  Finally Sunday, I couldn't take it anymore.  After church I decided to go to a walk in clinic.  That is a blog in itself.  After 6 hours of sitting there, they decided I had a nasty sinus infection.  A shot in each hip and two pills twice a day, I slept a little better last night.  I only woke up 5 or 6 times.  Hopefully in a day or two, things will be back to normal.  Who knew that a sinus infection could feel like a tooth ache from hell.  Now I just hope I don't

So how many went out and got it last night.  I won't be able to pick it up until this evening.  A day of teaching and then a golf match awaits me today.  So if you picked it up, how is it?  If you just want to tell me how it isn't worth $60, save it.  I need all the maps so it is worth it to me.

I really love the whole idea of being able to go back and watch games.  I am having fun with it.  I like going back and watching funny (stupid) things I did during games.  I like taking pictures and saving them.  Its nice to be able to go back and watch the good players to see how they play.  I am having as much fun with it as I am playing.  Wonder why other games don't have this option.
