As I am writing up an article for the main page (with the same title as this blog) that death has come to visit…..so please, a moment of silence, for our poor TV……. its lamp has died (at least that’s what Samsung customer service says it is.) but it had a good life, and exceeded its life expectance by a considerable sum. But fear not, your replacement lamp has been ordered and you may yet pull through.

I know some people would blame Warcraft, mood swings, or whatever, but I find myself retreating to my anti-social ways again. At work there are only 3 people I can talk to without getting severely annoyed, I take the long way around the office just to avoid people, I find myself wanting to take the 9 floors of stairs just to avoid being in an elevator with someone else. Any unavoidable conversations I get into with people results in my vocabulary being reduced to yeah (meaning yes), whatever (meaning no) and sure (meaning just go away I don’t want to talk to you).

Let there be darkness – we finally put a titanium tint on the skylights in the living room, now we can finally game without the glare!!! And if I ever have to do that again, I’m hiring someone. Because being 25’ in the air in a closed-in 3’x5’x4’ skylight recess with a large sheet of adhesive film stuck to your face, arms, back, and the walls is not fun.

But on to the main topic……

Because it is sucking the life out of me to keep itself young and lively.

As my wife and I were able to play simultaneously for the first time we have noticed one problem (aside from how much my thrown together desktop sucks). We will be playing this game for an insanely long time. To express how this game is affecting us, here is a little gif I threw together….

after a MONTH of waiting, and calling, and scaring the bejezus out of the the young tech working on it(i do feel a bit bad how easy that was, but it was necessary to get him off his but and working.), we finally have our laptop back.

$300, it was like a punch in the gut, but we have it back.  and its time to get our WoW on....once we finish with the hour long install, 2 hours of updates and what ever else it throws at us.
