MLG Orlando is going on right now! Good news - my Canadian Protoss hero EG Huk 2 - 0 a very good Korean Zerg player July Zerg.

In the other bracket OGS MC beat Liquid Hero 2 - 0.

Also tomorrow is my first ever Starcraft 2 LAN. It's just a casual LAN but it should be a good time!

Fast approaching my SC2 LAN this weekend. It will be a lot of team games.

Now I'm not a huge djWheat fan - I find him annoying a bit but you loves SC2 and makes some really good Starcraft 2 shows. My latest love is Kings of Tin. On Kings of Tin djWheat and WackedSteven team up with a Starcraft 2 pro and hit up some 3v3's. It's pretty entertaining lol Here they are hooking up Evil Geniuses Idra

It was Destiny!

I've said it before and I'll say it again - Destiny is my favorite Streamer. Sure he doesn't play my race very often (he plays Zerg and dabbles in Protoss) and to be honest I prefer his Zerg play. He just tries some really wild stuff and his commentary is top notch lol

Anywho Destiny recently (today/yesterday) joined Team Quantic Gaming (QxC)

Hit a rough patch....a horrible outing lately. Man I'm struggling lol I have to examine what changes I have been making .... and fix them. I've been as high as 12th in my league but I'm sitting at 14th right now but I'm up and down all over the place. Losing to stupid early all in cheese as well us messing up mid game and late game play. Just all bad.

So I haven't played SC in 2 days (although I have watched some streams and I have watched my own replays for learning).

The mental check list.

Shorter Star Blog today.  I'm currently 15th in my league - still climbing that ladder.  However it may not matter for this season but should give me a positive start on next season.  This season ends on October 10th!  So I just want to work on playing good games and doing well.  I'm hoping with a little luck and some wins that maybe when the next season starts October 24th (3 weeks of stat free playing in between!) that I will land in Silver or at least maintain a high Bronze level.

Didn't get to play a lot more 1v1's last night - only a couple I think.  Typically when my chums are one we do a lot of 3v3 and 4v4 type games.  Honestly, I prefer 1v1 and then theory crafting :)  talking it out with the boys about what went right and what went wrong and build orders and stuff.  But the team games are fun and can be damn entertaining and a lot less stressful than 1v1 games.

Had a great weekend (and will probably get another 3 hours in tonight) playing SC2. Mostly doing the 1v1 ladder (played some 2v2 as well).

It started off rough yesterday where I think I finished with more losses than wins (although it was close to 50/50).
