I've been playing a bit of Civ Rev since I found it on XBL for ten bucks. Every once in a while, a leader from another civilization will pop up on the diplomacy panel and claim that the pretentious snobbery of my people will cause my downfall and then demand all of my gold and Thomas Edison. I send tanks instead...

Well the good news is Mato is still playing every night. She even plays while I'm at work still and most of the time she doesn't even tell me, so I know she's enjoying it.

Who knew that having some side projects would end up keeping me from any real gaming time? I didn't when I started them. I also need to stop being nice and volunteering to help others with their projects.

I work for a mom & pop printing company in downtown Aiken. I don't make a lot of money and sometimes the people suck. But it's a job and sometimes I can network with some decent people and have some fun projects. And I get free printing for my own personal use...so there are a few perks.

So my wife and four kids are all gone to her parents for the week.  Leaving me and the dog at home (I have to work and watch my crazy dog - who can't be kenneled because he would kill the people working there).  So I decided to drop some bones on some games.

With the latest Simcity fail and all the talk of microtransactions from EA I thought I'd post this cartoon I did a while back.  If it's too small you can see a larger one here.
