Support could also include allowing someone to lean on you.
since i feel a little fragile today, and if Fitzy is offering his support, I'd be very grateful if I could lean on him in turn1 of sunset. Say at about 150 mph ;)
I watched Fitzy just nick one of the barriers. Game over. Then 2 laps after I did precisely the same thing in the same place. 30% damage front and back and had to watch KC disappear. Like i would have caught him ;)
Sunset is a very tricky track and I'm not surprised at the retirements. It has so many traps that will get you if you even blink. Its a personal favourite.
wow, I love those cars. Hard to drive - especially without tcs -, but fast. Driving with my Holden improves my skills enormously. The track? Great, challenging and I think since yesterday one of my favourites. I stayed away from trouble, tried to avoid any damage, made 2 pitstops and survived. I was the slowest driver in the field, but I managed to get the 4th place. Hooray!!!!!
@Grim: Sorry for the tap, which turned you around at an early stage in this race. It wasn't intentionally. I was a little moment disorientated, because of the other car, which lagged in that corner. Sorry.
Glad, that you all could hear my voice the first time. :-) Since I had to concentrate so much, I didn't talk much.
@Poisdly: yeah, most of us, I think, have to work for money. We will be back, if you are on the tracks again. Keep your head up and don't get stressed too much.
Hello,
shit, I missed it again. I am spending too much time in real life.
JDANKERT
sorry for bailing out , but after flipping the car damage was to severe to try and continue , tried pitting to see if that would help but it didnt
Cheers

Which Suset track are we running this week?
Thanks
Full ghost
Watch out for some bouncy curbs and a few come hither barriers
Race day lads.
Hope to see and hear a full grid of V8s tonight! :-)
To the new guys you can join any series part way through. Just turn up in a car on race day and you will be supported!
Could I please have a definition of the word "supported", I would hate being accused of supporting a new driver in the wrong way.
Yes fitzy. I'm sure a few guys here could give some very interesting support :-)

I enjoyed it though. 2nd.
Very rough track buit still had fun
These cars are very fragile. Too fast and too fragile to not use a mic when needed.

4th Place fella!!
Well done
Well done JD. You did a good job there.
Also good to hear your voice!
Well done JD for the 4th place.
It was a good race overall. 34 laps seemed to go pretty quick.
After about 10 laps or so i start to settle in and enjoy the car and put some good laps times in.
Watched the replay until lap 10 last night.
Have to say that it was pretty fantastic racing until lap 10. Was looking forward to a protracted battle with Fitzy.
JD - your defensive driving is getting better.
Hate Hockenheim!
Damn work. Am working tomorrow evening now. Bahhhh!
I've loved these V8`s.
Won't be racing anymore series for a little bit as work is going to be mental over the next month.
:(
No worries Poids.
Going to miss you from the track fella
