Tournament Progress (Grindfest)

My best result so far... 95 overall when I hit they hay last night :)

Got my top 25th placement around 5am this morning :D

I got to 62nd last night on the medium rankings (didn't take a screenshot though)

I was ranking up pretty fast, but was late so went to sleep

Checked this morning and had dropped to 105 :(... and was busy today so couldn't play to re-rank up :(... oh well, who knows how far back I am now

So now that it's all said and done, how did everyone do?

Here's a shot of the leaderboard showing my final position... and also someone else's final position! Congrats on a good showing buddy... you put the work in! :)

At the end, after a total of 152 games counting towards tourney:

Overall: 603 with 22,254 points.  Sort of wanted top 500, but didn't score well enough in a number of games and didn't play enough in the other chassis.

Light: 2,087 with 4 points.  4 Games; 2 Wins and 2 Losses.  The best light game I had all weekend was running in group with Rakura and Divine so it didn't count.

Medium: 1,646 with 13 points.  10 Games; 5 Wins and 5 Losses.  A couple of these were Trebuchet runs, but most were with my HBK-4SP and I am out of practice.

Heavy: 93 with 114 points.  137 Games; 64 Wins and 73 Losses.  My goal for the weekend was top 100 in Heavy, so I made it.   

Assault: 4,212 with 1 Point.  1 Game; 1 Win.  This game was primarly to guage how many people were running assaults. 

Ok, the tourney was more of an endurance run than any sort of skill campaign, but I still had fun.  I had some really good matches, some really bad matches, and a whole lot of "well at least I didn't totally suck that game" matches.  And to be completely honest, I had a few real dumb ass moments too.

Congrats JP for the overall placement and congrats to everyone else that met their goals. 

What a crazy, crazy weekend that was. Had some fun, had a lot of exhaustion. I really appreciated people dropping by and chatting while I played, probably helped me cling to that last strand of sanity:)

yup it was fun, I made it to 54th place in heavies before I had to call it a night and after that wasn't on much. think i finished off at 170th :( by the end couldn't play sunday

I think I did Ok for working both Sat and Sun - Total of 64 games played in the Tournament, I played mostly Heavy Fri night, then decided to see how high I could get overall and started switching it up.

 Overall - 358 with 24,101 , I guess I did what I wanted and cracked the top 500. I was in the top 250 when I logged off Sat night.

 Lights - 2,027 with 4 points  1 win  6 losses , Im a crappy Light Pilot

 Medium - 1,367 with 17 points 6 wins 9 losses, Im a better Med Pilot

 Heavy - 1,106 wth 28 points 13 wins 12 losses, If I had more time I might have made a run at the Heavy top 50. If there is one Mech I can play its my Dragon/Flame.

 Assault - 1,691 with 17 points 8 wins 9 losses, Im a decent Atlas Pilot

 The most fun I had was Friday when we Synch-dropped for awhile. When we matched up against other Old Dragon's we tried to pound each other into the dirt! Heck 1/2 the time I killed a ODBG member, I didnt even notice who I was shooting at ! Had a really great time chatting with JP as he made his top 50 bid. I had way too much fun not to play more Tournaments in the future.
