Phony baloney. The shadows for the bird don't appear until very late and they are in the wrong place at the point where it passes over an adult. Also the bird turned in a very un-bird-like fashion as part of the attack. It appears too big at times.
These videos are always more miraculous than if the event were true. I just happened to be recording the right bird at the right time and just happened to follow it perfectly for the attack. Right. Rolls eyes.
Confirmed fake. The bird in the clip isn't even an eagle. It's an Ospry. Osprys aren't that big and almost always eat fish. Plus a couple of people have broke down the video and noticed that the bird doesn't travel with consistency across the screen reletive to the background. It was a clever combination of clips and I got fooled.
Now if that kid were a little Rat Dog or something... that would totally be believable, it happens.
