it will either be nuremburg gp pr hockenhiem gp......is there really any point running this if theres only 3 of us? the fields of late in alot of series have been getting thinner and thinner, not gonna lie i just cant get into rf1 ive tried numerous times to no evail and when i see that stick figure alien waving me out of the pits i wanna smash my head through the screen lol Reason why i mentioned something in rf2... of late it seems ive just been searching for a mod or game to entertain me but nothing is really calming that itch, and as much as i love wtcc/btcc i dont want to over due it or waste my time if only 2 or 3 regulars show up....... we can always get an online poker room going and get shit faced lol
And I have neither of these tracks for rF1, so unless your going to be a misery guts and leave me and Never on our jack jones for yet another week LINKS!

I swear we need to give out cellphone numbers so we can text each other. Not sure if you guys across the pond can text us in the states/canada but this is what I think needs to happen sometimes.

We just gotta be patiant man, GBR started with a tiny core crew too, and we are the same. We are also in that no-mans land of last gen and next gen sims. I have some ideas but it needs a little time.

yes race 07 1pm mountain time CDN and will run the ssr mod on the btcc tracks to see if everything works properly.......sorry for the disaray were kinda in no mans land between racing gens most of us are members of gbr which run rf1 mods so for us we try to cover the other sims....Knight will send you the info for teamspeak
k after hrs of failed attempts this evening with never i finally got a server up and running that include all my favorite mods! just enter the server and click on the mod u wanna run......for some wierd reason i can only access my own server if wtcc 06 is added to the car list? only down fall i cant add ai till i get this sorted.....you should be able to enter the server even if you dont have one of the mods.
That ssr s2000 mod really feels great. Kurupt and I put in some laps at brands hatch against the AI and kurupt and I were 1 and 2, but I am not going to say what are times were. It is up to you guys to get in there and see if you can figure out if you are faster than us.
I'm lucky if I can finish a lap lol so I don't think I'll be battleing for the best time just yet :) where do I find the server information (is it a dedicated / always up server?). I have the TeamSpeak info now just want to check the server out.
...its a 4 peice download so do it in order. I got it on the server as on of the mods available and would like revisit it with no ai....i gave it ago last night and physics and grip were really good in all the cars....i messaged the devs and they said it SHOULD run fine online with no ai.....theyve been running a league with no issues

The pedals are amazing, a work of art, the big thing I have noticed off the bat is the increased resolution of the throttle, loving the subtle control that gives, Still tinkering with the load cell brake, that is harder than I expected to get to grips with.

np knight its all in the server and shouldnt boot u for not having a mod......u should have that old btcc mod unless u deleted it.
as for your pedals try setting the brake knob to 5 or 6 seems to be the happy medium.......the issue i had was i noticed it didnt quite work like a real brake and i found i had to push harder than the old pedals to create break lock which was kinda of amind fuck lol
When i first got them i expected them to work like rl where when u tapped them it would apply a bit of pressure and the harder more pressure....nope i would tap them expecting to slow and nothing them i would hammer them but it would be too late and i would be in the wall lol......from what i got from them was 10 was stiff...less travel 1 was soft full travel or vice versa lol start with a stiffer
Hey blowmonkey, I was in the same boat a few months ago. I felt very intimidated racing in a league and I was struggling with my times, but after a few races with these guys I was holding my own, and you will be too. We are all here to help and make each other better drivers. Just have fun and don't be too concerned with trying to win, getting points in each race is just as important.

My brake does respond to the lightest touch mate, and I have it set to 7 so I don't hammer the load cell, it's reeducating the right foot that is taking a little longer, but I'll get there
