Retro DTM

Track list:

Hockenheim GP - 25 laps

Silverstone GP - 25 laps 

Nurburgring GP - 25 laps

Catalunya GP - 25 laps

Finale - Nurburgring - 3 laps 

Not a points series.

Handicap System will be used. I will post more info on this very soon. Series set to start on Sunday February 24th @ 4pm EST.

Cars:

93 SVT Mustang

Audi Sport Quattro

BMW E30 M3

MB 190E

Alfa 155 Q4

Ford Sierra Cosworth RS500

More info soon. Tunes/Builds on my SF for free.

Cars MUST be painted in a retro DTM theme. They can be original or replicas. Several of us have been painting cars and have a good amount of liveries done.

 

I want to take this moment to thank the following people for their assistance with this series. From testing to painting these cars they have been a great help.

Snappy I sent you a design for the Mercedes, you can put it on your storefront if you want. Also, almost have one done for the Ford as well.

 

I'd like to find something for the M3, but IIRC I didn't see anything on your store front, and I'm not sure I'm willing to put in the time making one from scratch (especially since I'm sure there are a bunch of others already done)

Count me in for this. I will probably run with the 190E as I've got a paint for it and for the noise factor. The 24th might be a bit touch and go as we are moving that weekend but hopefully everything should be set up by then.

I'll have a tune for Hockenheim up in a couple days for the Merc, and the Ford. Right around 2 minutes flat for both IIRC so they are decent.

So who has a car picked out?

 

I need to race/tune the Audi more, and the Volvo, but so far I'm back and forth between the Ford, RS500 and the Mercedes, 190 Evo

I have chosen the Merc. It handles nice and the noise is great too. The RS500 is good too.

 

I have tunes on my SF if you need them for most of the DTM cars.
