I'll try the new tune today/tonight. I'm going to give it a couple more go's but for some reason I can string a decent lap together. Good splits. But not a good lap.
The first section can offer alot of time, make sure you have scrubbed most of your speed off by the apex of the first corner. Get her to rotate towards the curb and feed the power on - watch the dip on the inside. Quick dab of brakes and get that nose in as close to the curb as possible, power out of the corner and get the line right for the next right hander. Take it in 5, off throttle on turn in, power on once you get the line right. :)

Turn 1,2 The most key turn on the track - you need to get a balance of braking, tailing off into the turn and then maximising the exit speed for the flat out sections to come.
Turns 3,4,5,6 are all flat out - smooth as possible to scrub as little as possible. Nice sweeping lines.
Turn 7, Brake slightly later and turn in late (keeping your highest speed for as long as possible. ) Bring the car in and clip the inside dirt on the apex, power out the turn but not too wide.
Turn 8, turn lightly and then bring the car in quite late to get a straighline through 9. (you'll need this for 10)
Turn 10, Brake and bring the car in hard, feed the power on and fight the back a little, track her out to the exit.
Turns 11,12,13 - Mother fuckers, seriously. You are going to hit this turn 1 in every 10 laps. Curbs 11 and 12 are valid, 13 will dirty. Take a chunk of 11, dab the brake and get tight on 12. Get on the power as fast as you can so you almost clip 13.
TIP: Get a FAST lap by doing the above safely, bank it and then once you get a fast lap go for the balls out lotto lap by trying to get through it as fast as you dare. :) This will go some way to reducing the frustration :)
BMW - You can post it on the sheet yourself, that way you can update it when you do it. If you have trouble then post it here and say so, i'll update it for you.

yeah it has some minor adjustments to compensate for a slightly lower diff :)

So, I've just resorted the Sheet to see what movement had happened.
Siwhite has moved up 2 places, going in with a blistering 1.34.820
Poidsly has just pipped raddo by less than a tenth!
JC Dave has also snuck in 16th, just snatching it from celiti!

I know that feeling so well! it is the frustration with Hotlapping, but man does it feel good when you nail that time :D

I rode the VAG hard for 1/2 hour tonight and trimmed (pun intended)
another .3 off of my time to 1:37.247, a little more
than 1/2 way to my goal of 1:36s.

another .300 in half an hour, that is truly awesome!!

Done with Laguna can't break into the 1.35s, managed to improve but not by much. If I kept going there may have been structural damage.
