[Update] I was able to run a few laps last night
when the servers came back up, and this one
is going to take some work to win the Bounty
as he posted 2:19 in his initial "warm-up" lap.
Start working it early and watch the leaderboard/thread
because he said he plans to run up to the last
day. Judging from some of the times posted thus
far, I expect 2:16s might be needed to win the
Corvette.
Man the brakes just kill my times in this game. Anyone use the controller,think I could adjust the deadzone for my braking,and would it be inside or outside?
I haven't given up yet although, admittedly, my improvements have been in a few tenths of a second as of late so I still have a couple of seconde to go. Stewie you're my next target :-)
Thats all you need to do its to improve your time by tenths at a time. Just pick someone who is 4-5 tenths quicker and keep chipping away at your time, thats all i do.
Just added a few of you guys to my friends list. I'm having a hard time being fast with this Viper. I wish we could at least tune it. I don't mean put parts on it but the adjust the parts it already has. It's a race car! You should be able to adjust it.
2nd gear for the chicane and turn in early and take some grass on the left as you go in, that way you miss the bump, just dont take too much grass. Turn in late for the right turn out of it so you can get the power down early.
I ran a few laps today, got a 2:17.4 i think but going to chase the 2:16's
Sacarsimo Joe is beating me by 2 seconds. I think he's in the 18's. Damn the time to beat is in the 17's :(

I have chipped away at my time and now on a 2:16.6 but its only a tenth in front
I am losing time in the last part of the track, if i can get that nailed i can shave another 2-3 tenths off my time
I gave up..=(...But I did get my Dodge Infinity up to 5.......I hate a Dodge

All I have to say is fuck that new chicane!! Bumby and slippery as hell. I would be ahead of Kat every time until I hit that part.
