hi there woody i do a casual room on a saturday 1000pm gmt where we run with the sim damage settings, you more than welcolme in there
Yes I will join you guys, next week though as camping this weekend for our Australia Day long weekend. Do you usually run a certain class or do you change it every week? I don't have many tuned cars ready to go. Just starting to get some cars set up for different classes.
Gizzie's Saturday romp usually entails random class and track assignments for each race. It's a good platform for testing tunes and getting to know other drivers in a less formal atmosphere.
No specific agenda other than a good time and an opportunity to pull out some lesser driven vehicles and see how they fare.
Also a good place to see someone else's tunes and if they're working, to attain them as everyone's usually very generous with what they have.
Yeah, I have ended other drivers' races in the past by missing my brake marks. And it is difficult to see the road ahead when there is a car at front and travelling at 200+mph, so I understand!
Congratulations, KC, for 4 consecutive wins + majong too, for strong 2nd place finish!
Snoop, thank you for coordinating these endurance races; they are grueling but also very revealing and helpful in learning the tracks+cars. Learned a lot about the fine details of navigating Le Mans track, especially at Mulsanne and Indianapolis. Driving the Peugeot, which I thought was very difficult, was also enjoyable once little bit of tuning and heavy RESTRAIN on throttle was employed . . .
[edit] also checking this morning, I have also picked up a new hot lap time, at 3:29.511 (previously 3:31.7x)!
Now, E21 + Spa . . . that will be another challenge. All those downshifts . . .
I have a suggestion for Sebring. Let's run the Chaparral, either stock or only add race brakes. I think we have to keep the three speed gearbox as-is. Chaparral s raced at Sebring back in the day. Also, what other time would we usually race this car?

I ran some laps and thought it was pretty fun.
I will have a look at that tonight as I should be finishing at a reasonable hour. Would like to keep the Sebring race but with RL have had litterally 0 time to build and test these out
I will like to join in on this. Racing under team name of Tiger Racing car number 105. Hoping this goes ahead as it will be my 1st endurance race. I'm from Australia so it will be 7am Monday morning for me.
I apologise to all that i have not been able to test the Muscle cars since its inception in november however RL has taken over most of my free time. Hopefully we can add the muscle cars in for next years series on another track making this series one month longer. This is however for the next season at best apologies to those who were looking forward to it.
These cars are in keeping with Snoop's themes for these races. They all race (or have raced) at Sebring regularly.

Put a 3.30.xxx for lemans.
8 Februarie is to morrow is it not.
Are I missing something becouce nobody seems to think it will be tomorrow.
I'll be there; I think we will have a good race, mj! Also settled down with the Peugeot.
The race is tonight - 1.5 hours from now be there or be square!!!
Disappointing result, but that how racing is!
I am sorry you are disapointed.
Still don't know why I mist te braking point on the second cikane.
you lost a lot of time there Still sorry for that.
I also lost time by being forced to go to the pit.
A while later I pased Juan before that same cikane.
Juan mist his breakpoint and my car was totaly out of controll so hat to pit again.
I don't blame Juan, the situation became complicated becource I passed so close to the sikane.
I should have been more pationd and pass on a much easier place.
KC had his problem's early on.
We failed to take advantage of that.
The endresult does not feel very strange to me.
Not only dominated by the accidents that happend.
All of us had our share of that.
You came back from the ashes though bud after the crash you were a lap down and still came back so kudos for that.

You could move Sebring to the back of the schedule.
Sorry guys, completely forgot the race. I also won't make the next two weekends for whatever is on as I'm in the UK for work.
Sebring to me has always been Corvettes, Porsches (RUF) and BMW's. But I went to some of the 70's races way back when.
I will like to join in on this. Racing under team name of Tiger Racing car number 105. Hoping this goes ahead as it will be my 1st endurance race. I'm from Australia so it will be 7am Monday morning for me.
All drivers please look at the change in event for Sebring this race is now in:
1966 Chaperral #66 2E
The build is in the build sheet on the following link:

I don't have the DLC for the Chaperall, you neat the full DLC for this one.
Can there be a Alternative Car for this.
I also do NOT have this DLC.
Apologies i didnt realise this was Paid for DLC.
What car would you suggest mate as i chose the Chaparrel on Thane's reccomendation
Sorry about that. My son gets all the DLC so I never think about it.
My short list
Atom 500 V8
Cars between 800 and 900 no DLC
These three are decent.
These two are nice as well.
Not driven the Viper yet.
I don't fancy the atom for two hours! Happy with a gt3 car...
BMW, Corvette, and Viper should be a good match (all R800~R810).
It looks like every body has his own preferances so I will setle with any pick of Snoop from the list.
Otherwise the race day is gone before we pick a Car.
These cars are in keeping with Snoop's themes for these races. They all race (or have raced) at Sebring regularly.
