@Tourni - Can you gift me your tune please OR ANYONE that wants to gift Parcells a starting tune?

@Anyone - If anyone wants to gift Parcells a paint scheme by all means do so else I'll be showing up with my standard showroom one color paint job most likely the default color too :)

This is not a DLC car is it?

@Parcells: nope, not a dlc car. I'm working on a NOS energy drink paint, wanna copy of it when it's done?? Paint is almost identical with my EUSL S2000...

Yeah, please paint how you wish - just slap a bunny on some where :D  or slap a bunny... thats a different thought though.

Tune is on the SF, but can gift if needed.

Guys, I've seen a few asking about number plates n such, here's an actual car with a good shot of the plate used.

Had a chance to run for about an hour with Tourni6, Gizzy and later Fitzy. They said it would be possible for me to run this series later on Sundays for some of us  guys around 11pm CST/5am GMT. They will send me the tune to pass around to you. Just so that I'm on the same page. It's Full Sim damage and the HC system is 5/10/15/20? Novice/?/Pro/Vet.  I was lucky to be the test dummy for the handicaps.  I'm old, slow, have Carpal Tunnel and no skill.  Is skinny an attribute?

I've sent over the tune for you,  the HC system will be flexible but 0 10 15 20 seemed to work the best.  However, there could be problems with longer tracks - so adjust to suit.   I do apologise for not moving to vet sooner though - it would have given you more fun racing with us :)

Actually I quite enjoy racing without HC's. Gives me a sense of how I compare to you speedsters. Never minded getting beat by someone better. What pisses me off is when I am in a car not suited for that track and someone is in a specialty tuned car made for that particular track. We could both be in a Vette but mine is a general tune where theirs might be geared for that specific track. On Hockenheimring today. You and Gizzy were about 5 sec a lap faster. Something I can remember and work on. Maybe next time I can get it down further. And so on. I think many average drivers sometimes don't like getting beat. I also like the cockpit and no brake line which slows me down some. But I would still be slower than you guys. But long ago put my ego away for the opportunity to have fun racing.  I'm confident that I still not as slow as Insanerc.  wink

I am confident that I might be faster than you in the pool. But would need to see you in a speedo if you disagree.  blush

Not so much about winning or losing as much as you can learn a lot from the top guys only if you can see them, HC's are used in real life racing too, and it makes the racing close and competitive. The aliens still have their skill edge, and no amount of handicapping will take away knowledge of lines, braking points and race craft. But by being able to race with them you can improve yours....just my 2c.

Great atitude to have :) I just prefer to help people and a closer racing pack :)  I've now given up the winning ego, it can be a hollow victory some times.  I've had some of the best racing since!

Speedos + water = my only hope is that 6ft 4 i'd be able to touch both ends of the pool :D hahah

So you are running same series just  later same day?  I can make 9pm PST easier than 12:30pm PST nearly every weekend.   This weekend the 9th, for sure as I'll be about 100miles from the xbox at 12:30pm.

This looks like fun, but god dam fanatec still haven't sent me my stuff? It's been about 6 weeks now? I'd love to join, but as I'm not renewing my live subscription until my wheel etc arrives I'll have to miss out. Hopefully there will be another run soon.

Love that paint Teme :D

I would recommend that people put a few laps of practice in with these cars.  There are two important things you should learn to deal with, the first is that the car will get very loose if you just let go of the throttle in the corner.  The second is that the car will "fire" you off the curbs.

Apart from that, we had some great fun last night :)

Have a delightful paint on the way.

A few will be enough for you.

For those that struggle to learn the car, take note of these:

The car has very low hp, so my tune is a little bit loose some times. This is done to help you keep the speed up through the turns.

Use the lift of throttle oversteer to help the car change direction, a lift to 80% throttle will change the cars direction dramatically.

Give yourself space, having to suddenly lift mid corner because of a car in front will cause you a problem. Anticipate well :D

Becareful with down changes, late down changes will cause a looser back end. There isn't alot between 2nd and 3rd.

@Tourni: No need for the complete design, but could you send me the Traxxas logo?? I´d use it for my next project.
