Some body building and weighlifting buds didn't believe me when I said you get a good pump from the P90X workouts. This is right after Chest/Back/ABripperX and is the first workout of week 3. I think there are some new believers and I hope the ones that get bored trying to lean back up give it a try. It's a tough, yet great, training system.

Ah, much better this time around. I went to a different resort with more hills geared toward the beginner(+) skill level and a nice slow tow rope for the bunny hill. I even faired well on an intermediate hill.

This is kind of funny. Both me and my 11 year old daughter are still nice and sore and stiff from snowboarding. Looks like I might be skipping both of my workouts this week.
