Nothin' like pictures to prove a point.  My weight started at 170 and still is.  That means some more muscle went on my frame.  Unexpected BONUS!

You can really see the difference in the love handles in the last pic. Sucking in your gut doesn't help that.

Keep up the good work man. @ Azure : No need to be a douche. While you are busy eating cheeseburgers and sucking in your gut, this guy is actually trying to get fit and have a healthier life. You can at least applaud that, can't you?
