Argh! Women!

yea, I know Im one too, but somedays, I wish I wasnt. Ive been posting on bulletin boards for almost 3 years. well over three years but there was a year gap. But almost three years successively. All my other boards are "mommy boards." The type where all that is spoken about is babies, kids, pregnancy and bodily fluids. They have been a great help to me. Ask me anything about pregnancy and I can probably tell you the answer. I can tell you the exact definition of a 4th degree tear (dont ask), the difference between IUI and IVI, and IVF, the benifits to not

Friends from Overseas

2old2play has really bridged the gap that oceans and borders provide.  I think it is amazing that we can develop friendships with people from other countries through this site and XBox Live.

Another Bad Day for Doodi

So I walk out of my apartment today to deliver my information to E3 and go to the bank.  Like any other day I walk out to my parked Crossfire in the back of my building.  I go to the driver side of the car only to find that its been totalled while I was asleep.  Someone has cracked the rear axle, sideswiped the driver side, and popped my rear tire.

defeated

Ouch! Got knocked out in round one of the OMM interclan tourney. We held our own in the objective games, but apparently slayer wasnt our thing.

The Bull Pen #6

I was going to write this edition about my recent experience in the OMM clan tournament but it is in the best interest of the readers of this blog (all 8 of you) that I decline as I tend to live up to my name when discussing it. It is not disguising a bad performance by any stretch of the imagination; in fact, my performance was probably an eye-opener to the other team, who apparently can sleep at night knowing they lucked out with the tiebreaker. However, that is all I will say about that and I have probably already said too much.

Mundane Fact of the Day

alright, alright, alright!!!

I guess Ill enter a bloggy to keep up with all you cool kids. ;-)

However, the only thing that comes to mind right now is a mundane little fact that I learned today.

See, every morning (or just about) I go to a gas station down the street from my work and I buy some sort of "breakfast". Usually, its something like a bottle of Powerade, a Clif Bar and maybe a Red Bull (or some other energy drink).

After 9 hrs

After 8 err scratch that 9 hour review (Yes the game is that easy to become lost in)

Ok so after my four hour review (see my previous blog) I have a few changes to make.

Graphically the game is a bit better, from the snow top peaks, to the lush deep forests, to the valleys with flowers and bears.. the Sound is better, I admit I was a bit hard on it and it deserves an extra point to 9/10.

Around hour 5 (but I am exploring everywhere), I entered Oblivion (Games version of HELL) for the first time, and it is great, not really what I expected, but was cool.

From Engadget...

The new CROWS (Common Remotely Operated Weapons System) guns that are making their way into Iraq not only provide protection for soldiers by allowing remote operation, but are turning out to be especially suited to FPS junkies. The guns cost $260,000 each and can mount a variety of lethal weapons. Currently around 15 CROWS units make it to Iraq each month, but the Army is hoping for 9000

Movie Reviews -- Week of March 22

Morality Play (Printable VersionE-mail to a Friend )
The Wachowskis do it again; this time the plot hits closer to home

Almost never just get to review one movie in a weekend.

Most of the time, two, three or four open and I’ve got to arrange the whole weekend around getting to as many as possible.
