First off, a very special FUCK YOU to these spamming pricks who ruin our site with their retarded bullshit every day.  Also a big thank you to the mods and admins who have to wade through their filth every day to fix things.  Please hurry, V3...you're our only hope.

Ok, had some problems breathing again last night.  Its probably not accurate to say that, but it felt like the throat was closing up again (even though it really wasn't) but it was hard to take deep breaths and I was pretty congested.  This happens mostly at night, it starts up maybe between 7-8.  Anyway I really couldn't sleep until about 3 or so in the morning.  I still got up at 5 to lift, but I ultimately decided not to go in.  I'll make the workout up Saturday and I've promised myself not to obsess over it today, it was the right decision to make.

I actually tweaked my back Monday while doing this circuit bit I do for front and rear delts.  It was during the rear delt part, where I bend at the waist to do the lifts.  The dumbbells are only 30lbs so thats not a concern, and the bend is actually quite safe.  The whole thing is controlled.  But for whatever reason during my 4th set I felt the disc twinge (for lack of a better term) a few reps in and I lost strength in my legs.  I slowly stood up, gathered myself for a moment, then went and finished the set.  But I felt the weirdness in my legs and soreness in my lower back while I was on the treadmill afterwards so I took it easy.  I was really concerned about it yesterday since yesterday was leg day, but again I took it easy on the treadmill and backed the weight down on the presses and there were no issues.  Well I did have one issue, seems I was a bit gassy yesterday for some reason.  Gas + leg day = no winners.

So with that in mind, going in this morning to lift with pretty much no rest was not a good idea.  Its a little aggravating (I am NOT obsessing though!) to have to miss a day, but like I said I'll work out on Saturday and that will be my 5 for the week.

I picked up Deus Ex: Human Revolution yesterday.  Wow this game is really fucking good.  I mean, really really good.  Between the level designs catering to different styles of gameplay and the different augmentation abilities, not to mention conversation/behaviour choices, this will warrant multiple playthroughs.  If I knew the strat guide was any good (they usually suck) I'd actually buy it for this one.

There were no hoobs invloved in the making of your hangover! At least I don't think Bludjun sent you a nipple picture? However, Antiquity will take part of the blame for keeping you up until 3:30-4am. ;)

Aw I am sorry your shoulder is hurting you hun. Now there are two women in the clan who are in pain. You with your shoulder and me with my jaw. If it's been hurting that long you should have it checked out by a doctor if you can.

Yes she did. Good thing too since she hit mostly on her shoulder, so just missed the gourd. Complete yardsale - a pole was in the branches....

Shred1 I know what you mean. We are all expert skiers but just started boarding as well. Awesome fun and the mountain is all new again (since I am afraid of the blues now).

Antiquity can take part of the blame for keeping me up until 4-4:30. I'm not sure who to blame for the whiskey. But when I remember, somebody's gonna hear it!! Private Gears matches were a good time.

I suspect it was a browser issue of some sort. Either I've been granted some functions I didn't know were there, or Firefox gets along with the blogging tool much better then safari.

Yeah, I tried doing that myself and wound up just setting a normal bass tone to the settings I have on my amp for the time being. Then I went in and messed with a lot of the different sound mods to see what was possible. Then my head exploded. Then I went back and played with amp and cabinet modelling...yikes. This will take forever.
