GRRRRR

Hastings has a rule that new rental accounts can only have two game rentals out at a time. Fine, so I rented COD3 and Zelda for the Wii to see what I liked and might buy. They were due back on Thursday. I thought I had a pretty good idea of each and figured to take advantage of my first 2 weeks of 1/2 off rentals, brought them back today with the premise I would find two new rentals.

Weekend Play

The parental units were visiting this past weekend and so the natural thing to do was introduce them to the Wii. Dad took to the golf game pretty quickly and thought it was pretty cool. Mom is the bowler and I got her to play a couple games until her muscles (unused til then) told her to quit. I think both were pretty impressed with the play factor. Although, I dont' think I can convince them to get one for themselves.

Westward Ho

Traveling by car can take up to 50% of my time in my job.  Today I am traveling west in one of the Heartland states.  Meaning there is a lot of open space.  I start early enough this morning that the sun has yet to arise and fog blankets the earth and the trees in a ghostly white glaze because of the temperature.  As I continue my journey and the fog begins to lift, I can scan the horizon from side to side and once again notice the vast open space on each side of the road.  As always, I am watchful of deer and other smaller critters that may be traveling close to the road looking for breakfast

Wiiiiiii Wiiiii Wiiiii

I am loving the Wii and we haven't gotten past the bundled sports games.  Both Dastard and I are sore from playing.  The sides of my torso are aching from the training module that has you dodging balls thrown at you.  (If you can dodge a wrench, you can dodge a ball.)  Well, I'm not so good at either, so it seems.  The training module where you have to punch your trainers mitts I end up in almost negative numbers since you lose a point everytime you miss the mitt and hit the trainer.  Bad luck to be my trainer, you wouldn't be having kids, that's for sure.

Finished

Here is the original statement for the mad lib.

These are the release notes for Linux version 1.2.13. Read them carefully, as they tell you what this is all about, tell how to boot the kernel, and what to do if something goes wrong.

Using NotStyro's contribution this is how it is transformed.

Revised Mad Lib

NotStyro was kind enough to point out that I had set up my Mad Lib a little too generously.  So, The title is "Linux kernel release notes"
