Had that child support hearing today.  My two youngest daughters went with me, we had to be there at 9 am and didnt get called until 245pm.  He didnt show, had his lawyer there.  She is wonderful, completely cooperative with us.  Anyway, we get this award, a fair amount, more than I had origiannly asked for.  However, the confusing part is that arrears were awarded only back to the date of me filing for the support. Not a cent for the past ten months.  My daughter was so angry she was crying.  I specifically said to the judge.
