Why is it so hard for people to be honest? Why cant people put aside selfishness for honesty? Am I unique in this? Am I like the only person in the world who is honest about intentions and aspirations and desires? Is it really too much to expect the same from those I interact with? What you see is what you get, what I say is how it is. If i like it you will know. If I like you, you will know that too. The only requierment for being my friend is that you respond in kind. Am I really that nieve? At my age? WTF.

So I lost my big boy, Ted, last week, a true companion.  I was on the fence about getting another dog, did I really want to get emotionally invested again ect.? I cant afford a purebred anything, let alone an English Bulldog at about 2 grand a pop, and the local pounds and shelters pretty much only had pitbull/terrier mixes. What I did do was fill out an application at the long island english bulldog rescue.  She called today and guess who is coming home on tuesday?

Court for the roses thing.  Trespassing...guilty....$100 restitution...arressted for non-payment of child support arrears on his way to the cashiers.  Hope he enjoys his evening.
