Welcome to the 2Old4Forza BTCC series.
I hope this series will create a lot of close racing and the Championship is anybody’s
If you have any questions please just ask. Other than that let’s get to the nitty gritty stuff.

Car specifications:
Max power = 300 BHP
Minimum Weight= 2450 lbs
Mandatory Parts that MUST be fitted to all cars:
1. Race Chassis Reinforcement and Roll Cage
2. Race Fuel System
3. Race Brakes
4. Race Tyres
Rules: (Lots of them sorry)
1. All Cars MUST be FWD (Front wheel drive) or RWD (Rear Wheel Drive)
2. Cars must be Salon, Estate or Hatchback style and have at least 4 seats.
(No coupes, 2 seater's, convertibles or sports cars)
3. No conversions are allowed (Engine Swap, Drivetrain Swap or Aspiration Swap)
4. You must use the car you first start in for the rest of the season.
5. This event is a Non- Contact event.
6. Cosmetic damage will be enabled. (Updated)
7. Handicaps will be enabled (See below for more information)
8. Each race night will consist of 3, 15 minute races.
9. Race 1 grid will be set to random.
10. Race 2 and 3 will feature a reverse grid based on the lobby points that evening.
11. As the grid will be based on the lobby points I will be unable to host any practise laps on race night so please be sure your ready.
12. There are NO mandatory pit stop’s required.
13. Your lowest 9 race points will be drooped from your final score.
14. Any cars found not to be built to spec and that have raced will be banned for the rest of the season
15. All cars must have there racing number displayed
The normal “don’t be a dick” rules apply to this series.
Any complaints must be made to me by Private Message here on 2Old2Play within 24 hours of the race finish.

Handicap information.
At the start of the season everyone will have a 0% handicap profile and throughout the season the lowest handicap profile everyone can race with will be 0%. The highest handicap profile a driver will race with is 15%.
The top 3 drivers from each race will receive a 5% power handicap to their Handicap Profile. Place 3rd to 8th will stick with there current handicap for the next race.
Place 9th or lower will lose -5% from there handicap.
Example: If you come in the top 3 for the first 2 races your Handicap Profile will be 10% for race 3. If you come 9th or lower in race 3 your Handicap Profile will be 5% for race 4 ect ect

Points System:
As we have so many driver (+32 now) we need to use a few rooms (Currently 2)
To make this as season as fun and fair as possible I want to group drivers with the same skill level together.
To do this I will need to get a qualifying lap time from each driver.
How to get a qualification lap on the Sign Up sheet:
The car and track will be the same for everyone and the car MUST be left stock.
Car = 2010 Abarth 500 esseesse
Track = Silverstone National Circuit (The Shortest one)
There are 2 ways to get your time to me:
I will be hosting qualification event's on the dates and times shown below. You just turn up run a few laps and I write your best lap time down (Dirty or clean) and update the sign up sheet.
1. Sunday 13th Jan @ 8:00pm GMT (30 min Event)
2. Tuesday 15th Jan @ 10:00pm GMT (45 min Event)
3. Sunday 20th Jan @ 8:00pm GMT (30 min Event)
4. Tuesday 22nd Jan @ 10:00pm GMT (45 min Event)
5. Sunday 27th Jan @ 10:00pm GMT (45 min Event)
6. Tuesday 29th Jan @ 10:00pm GMT (45 min Event)
7. Sunday 3rd Feb @ 10:00pm GMT (45 min Event)
Each qualification night will be made up of me running multiple 6 lap races. After each race I will write each drivers fastest time and update the sign up sheet accordingly.
The other way is to send me a replay containing your fastest time no later than the 2nd of Feb, with a message telling me what lap your fastest lap with the car and track above was on and I will update the sheet from there.
Once everyone is in the correct room the following rules on points apply:
Points Scored:
The points below will apply too each room individually
1st = 17
2nd = 15
3rd = 14
4th = 13
5th = 12
6th = 11
7th = 10
8th = 9
9th = 8
10th = 7
11th = 6
12th = 5
13th = 4
14th = 3
15th = 2
16th = 1
The overall champion will be decided by the driver who has the best average score per race over the entire season.
The points sheet will show how many points each driver has scored per race (and the races removed from scoring due to the lowest 9 drop) but in the total points area it will show there current average)
Tracks and Dates:
All races are to be held on a Sunday at 10:00pm GMT.
Each race night will take no longer than 1 hour. There will be 10 different tracks. Each track will be hosting 3 races per week.
I will open the room @ 9:45 pm so please be on time.

If you want to host room B, please use the following settings.
Only change the following. Everything else is left at its default setting.
Once you have done all the settings be sure to press X and save them. If you are host again in the future all you need to do is change the track.
Also for the reverse grid ordering to work correctly you must not run any practice after you have started the lobby.

I'm down.
One thing you may want to think about is adding a maximum lateral g rating since it's an open build series. Otherwise you may still have some inbalance between cars. this will mean building prototypes in order to drtermine a common max rating. I'd be willing to help out if you want to go that route.

I'm going to leave it open. If someone makes a car that is rapid they will be running a 15% power reduction pretty quick.

May need to run a few rounds in March while on the road, so controller only then (not that it'll affect the leaderboads in anway).

Signed up in hopes I can make some races. If there is more interest then I will gladly bow out and give someone a spot in the lobby. My work schedule over the next couple months maybe very interesting, should know soon though.
When you mandatory parts is that all we are allowed to use? or can we add parts to make it upto the 300hp?
you must use the mandatory parts. then anything after that is up to you.
meaning the manditory parts are to be used. and yes use anything else to make up the 300 BHP and 2,450 LBS. I do have Lexus IS300 and Toyota Altezza in Club Garage if you would like to test out my tunes

First day back at work and been real busy! Booo
Would someone be able to do a livery for me for a Lexus IS300 not bothered about sponsorships signs more interested in my number 102 and a 2O4F sign placed on the car. The colour i would like is Green flowing down to white the rest you can do whatever too..
Is there any way i can stop my back end being so twitchy. Seem really loose on corners.

Almost tweaked it to how i like it still slips but now its easier to control. Could do with some running the Pro ness over it and give a few hint a tweaks it may need. New to this and never actually tweaked a car before.
The lexus looks sweet just like a touring car should look in my eyes and with a decent design on her she will look the part..
