I decided to quit smoking....for real this time.  No complaining, no drugs, no patch, no nothing except I am just done with it all.  I had my last cigarette at 6pm last night....that would be 18 hours ago now.  I am doing really well, not freaking out or anything surprisingly, I think about it everyonce in a while but then I tell myself....nope, you want to live...and you are just not smoking so quit thinking about it.  It seems to be working, lol.
