Shared on Thu, 10/26/2006 - 09:18Well, her MRI and her blood test results came back yesterday evening and as of right now, everything looks normal. They are going ot have Neurology look at them and set at appointment for the neurologist to see Megan at some point. But for right now, everything "looks" normal. Now, her GI doctor seems to think there is still something wrong with her. He did mention that she may have some allergy to something in the formula she has been taking (Alimentum). We know it is not a milk allergy because they put her on the Alimentum to avoid any milk products, that are present in other formulas. We are, somewhat, back at square one trying to figure out what is wrong with her. He also mentioned that her stomach may not be moving the formula from her stomach to her intestines the way it is supposed to. This may be the reason for the recent gagging and throwing up. Her stomach just retains everything is put in it and does not pass it down. This may, or may not be, the result of an allergic reaction. More tests to come later this week, so I will keep you all posted. Both of us are just tired right now.
