Fall is in the air in New England. I’ve been keeping busy playing Paper Mario: The Origami King and trying to get The X-Files Point-And-Click adventure I somehow missed in the 90s to run on PS2 or PC. I now understand why we need remasters for all these games. I want to believe I can get this game to run but so far no luck. PS2 kinda works but the cursor doesn’t render correctly which makes pointing and clicking difficult. I’m heading out to pick up a PS1 later today at an arcade/game store, hoping the originally intended hardware will do the trick. I'm psyched to support an arcade which were just allowed to open this week in Massachusetts under COVID restrictions. Anyways back to the new games this week, we’ve got lots of old franchises rising anew.
