Coffee Memoirs: Video games on the go, yes please! So many new ways to enjoy games on the go that
you truly need to prioritize based on where you are going, who with and for how long. A phone is plenty
for some people but I need my laptop PC experience to feel fulfilled. I am not much of a phone game
person and the Switch screen seems to bother my eyes for long game sessions when fast action you
need to follow is associated. Obviously this is due to ranking up within the 2 Old 2 Play audience and to
reiterate.. the PC… perfect!
So… what about this Steam Deck thing? Basically a handheld PC to play your VERIFIED to work on the
device games from your Steam account. Still in pre-order and only 1 per account can be requested at a
time by an account. Options available in builtin storage size if a memory card isn’t for you...and... you
can also get a dock to work with your PC devices! Go fig, ordered separately.
Many questions on the Deck… One very important thing that I would like to know is will it also support
using Discord and other PC applications and not just Steam related content? Yes, yes it will and it is
essential. There are many unfinished details still which mean more than just a few growing pains along
the way but I do hear great things about it and its battery life!
This is just one gamer to another, wallet to wallet and heart to heart I got you but not your Steam Deck.

Spellforce 3 Reforced

Jobs Done! An iconic line from the original Warcraft RTS… I feel bad saying that right now but I didn’t sense any of that humor associated here. Spellforce 3 Reforced felt more like a serious RTS with a heavy splash of Baldur’s Gate thrown in along with Heros so a splash of Lord of the Rings too. The game trailer looks nothing like what I see in the game play which is disappointing but not surprising this day in age.
Also… RTS games on a console… no thank you. On a PC is a solid… sure why not and the game rates Mostly Positive on Steam having been around since 2017 with a major update in December 2021. PC for the win.
Aztech: Forgotten Gods

I watched a demo for this and it was without voice acting which detracted some. But... maybe this is how they keep file size down to keep it compatible with the Switch? The combat action looked fun and very 3 dimensional as you fought the forgotten gods and its neat to see some games come out of our neighboring countries with a twist of their own mythology and techno-fantasy rolled up into one.
