Of course on a busy weekend for me ALL the games come out! It’s our 17 year wedding anniversary this weekend and so far we’ve celebrated by buying a No Fear pinball machine, playing some old skool Nintendo, and today for our actual anniversary we’re headed to the windy city for some street art and cheese. This might be too much of a mash up for me. I have so many questions. Why is Harley Quinn acting like Elmira in that trailer? Couldn’t they just have had Elmira or does WB hate Animaniacs that much? Game of Thrones is a Warner Brothers property? Does Arya Stark feel out of place with the rest of the line-up to anyone else? Questions aside this is a free to play crossover fighting game with battle arenas for 1-vs-1 or 2-vs-2.

I was very disappointed to find this game does not involve Mayam Bialik in any way. At least it does involve some pirates though. In this classic action adventure sequel you play as Lily with your grandfather narrating the story. You need to defeat the Minotaur king and save your brother.

This new episodic indie adventure is an interactive biopic for the band OFK. It includes the bands single Follow/Unfollow and follows them through living in LA and their creative process. Except they weren’t a band before the video game and much like The Monkees they’ll debut a new song each episode of the game. Looks like an interesting concept blurring video games, music, and TV.

I love that even Wikipedia has given up on trying to figure out how many Madden games there are: “an installment of the long running series.” Madden who passed away in 2021 will grace the cover himself this year for the first time since 2000.
