Actually I haven't applied for Beta/Alpha in awhile. The Halo 3 Beta really took something away from it all, for me.

If they didn't tell you, you would never know it's 6v6. I don't see that being an issue. There are guys and bots everywhere... and titans too! It's mayham.
This "alpha" is more polished than some of the demos out there. It's fun and awesome and I can't wait to play the full game

Got to play the alpha, this games reminds me of unreal tournament mixed with cod. Two game modes were in rotation attrition(death match) and hard point domination was the other, 3 points on the map to control. The Titans are really fun to be in. They can take a lot of damage if you don't shoot them in a weak spot, which is indicated by a red area when firing at them. It seemed the best way to take down a Titan besides with your own Titan, is to position yourself to jump on top of a Titan and shoot the head. Which they call a "rodeo". The wall jumping and double jump feels very smooth and fluid. Really fun game and looks like there will be a lot of customization with the pilots and your Titan. The only thing I disliked are the bots. They are so dumb and very easy to kill, they felt more of a distraction. Seems like they are just there for people that suck to get kills. I hope there is a mode without bots.
I watched some vids on Saturday morning of people that posted them to their youtube channels and if it is truly alpha build (IF Respawn is not just saying that to make us think better about the game) then I have to say the final build must be amazing.
It seems that it definately takes more time to kill a pilot (pilot vs. pilot) compared to a typical COD battle (which imo is a good thing).
How you would guys describe the time to kill someone (pilot vs. pilot)?
The kill times still seem fast, not cod fast but about Bf4 assault rifle fast. If that helps. But movement speed is so fast you can dodge, strafe away from shots easier than cod.
Looking very good for this game.

I own an X1 and BF4 and was sent nothing on this. How did they expect people to know about it?
Same plus I look at IGN first thing in the morning, saw the announcement there, went and signed up but never got a code. Went there today and noticed it says alpha signups are now closed.
So hopefully I get a code because at the moment i'm not playing shit on my xbox one so i'd be a pretty good resource. but so far nothing, i keep eagerly checking email.
I don't have time to play MP games right now anyway so it's OK. Just odd.

They only sent out a limited number of invites. It wasn't an open Alpha where everyone with BF4 and a Bone gets an invite. Also, the Alpha is now over
