Weather has been great here the last week. Soccer pratice got rained out on Wednesday which sucked since it was our first of the season and then we had pictures on Saturday where only 3 out of the 10 players showed up.
Parcells has cancelled tomorrow's storm because during my commute this morning I realized there's no more places to put this white stuff. Officially declaring winter over!!!

Sorry to have failed you DEEP. Parcells really thought he had this one nailed but mother nature isn't as weak minded as I had originally envisioned.
I really screwed this one up and we'll be paying for it dearly.

Worst snow this year. The only thing above the snow was me, the handle bars and the chute. One saving grace. Fluffiest snow this year too. The banks of snow avalanched around me as I went down the driveway.
Read the other day that this winter was the warmest in history... WTF??!?!!?!?!?!?!?
Feels odd considering the snow I just moved but the numbers don't lie. Christmas was brown and warm for our area. Seems so long ago.
Just got back from getting gas for the blower. Lucky to get out of our side street. The snow piles are huge. Main thiroughfares are mostly clear and the Sun has lots of melting power in it now.
Yeah, record for snowiest winter here. We've actually had a decent amount melt off. Problem is, there was so much to begin with, you wouldn't think any has melted yet ;)
We're still stuck in this effin cold patter though... way below average temp for this time of year
Wife and I had a lovely walk this aft. Sun was bright and powerful with cool calm air. Few sidewalks are cleared. Snow banks on the streets are 5-6ft high minimum and the path is only one car wide. In order to pass, one car must stop pretty much in the bank.
Finally feels like spring is on its way. I doubt the lakes will be free of ice until well into April.
Still dont look like spring. The evening news came in with the snowfall amounts...5.5 feet of snow in March, more than twice our previous record, feels about right.

Got up to 70 yesterday. Snow and rain at the end of the week. Geez.
