But it is never really created!
I'm wondering if this has to do with the mod issues ive been having getting all three of you as mods there. Can you clear cookies and sign back in to see if it fixes the issue?

Just cleared cookies and history. I am running Firefox if that matters. I just created a topic called "Test Post" and I got this:
