Hey I just checked out Halo Waypoint and looks like some new exciting stuff going on. I customized my armor so I will be special on launch day. :) It says you will get a req pack for joining a company which seems to be kind of like a clan? There is also is alot of info on arena there. Swing over there and check it out. We need to get some companies going!
The REQ pack is given once there are at least 4 members in a company. It's delivered via message in Waypoint, and you can open it as soon as you receive it (before launch, even) and see what you unlocked.

XONEBROS is a good one that I'm in check out their website. It's all about the positive gaming experience.

With the new update there is a reason to actually join a company now. You can work together to earn commendations. The company's stats are also tracked. It seems there will be even more features in the future. With the way commendations are earned it makes sense to have as many players as you can in the company. So I left the company I had going and am joining the 2old2play one. https://www.halowaypoint.com/en-us/spartan-companies/2old2play So if you haven't joined one or the one you're in doesn't have alot going on I encourage you to join the 2o2p one.
A lot of people just joined or made one to get a req pack. I'm trying to redirect them to 2o2p. It shows support for 2o2p. Someone may ask about it and you/I could tell em about the site and possibly have another person coming here posting on the forums. If you do nothing to promote the site then you'll be posting Where the hells 2o2p? threads forever. Do you want more people to play with on Thursday nights? I feel like things such as that could help.
Well if that gets new people on 2o2p that's awesome and I'm all about it. Posting negative comments about my attempt to get people in the company is not helping anything. I didn't know I could do that and didn't know about the requests, except for Assassin's.
