ESO pre-orders are now available on their site.  Looks like three versions.  Normal, Imperial digital which gives some extra stuff (can start as an imperial and join any faction plus craft imperial items), and the last I have only found at Gamestop is the Imperial Edition with a statue and some other items.   Prices are 59, 79, and 99.

Ya the imperial edition is in two forms. The cheaper digital version where you get nothing physical the the retail version with a statue a physical map of tamriel and important notes , very large art book done up like a revised edition of "the empires guide to tamriel" and the game with a special metal case. Plus all are orders give you 5 days early access. All preorders give you a couple extra vanity bonuses as well as special maps that show locations if some hidden treasures. I have ordered my retail imperial edition already.
