OK Boys and girl.
Saturday June 15 from 3-5 EDT 8-10 GMT Parcells is hosting his first non-stock tune event. But barely because there’s very few upgrades to this car and even fewer tunable parts but rest assured this car handles well, is all kinds of fun to drive and will serve you well as an all around B Class car. Details of the event are below…
This is a one-off 6 race event with no points or prizes for anyone but all participants will have the envy of the 2O4F members that do not qualify for this prestigious event. Parcells will however announce the event winner in this thread and yes I’ll be using my personal algorithm to determine the winner which often doesn’t correlate to the overall lobby point winner or in one particularly odd result the winner didn’t even race.
Event is limited to the first 16 people to qualify. You qualify by expressing your interest via a post in this thread….this (or PM me – all PM’ed entries will remain anonymous until race day) is the only way to confirm a spot. Stragglers will be allowed to participate but only if room permits.

1) Limited damage, collisions on, reverse lobby points starting grid.
2) Please drive respectfully and have fun.

Suzuka: 7 laps

Amber, your in and looking good for the overall winner I might add. As for the base tune the only thing you can change is the tyre pressure, which I'm not changing - atleast I dont think I am, so have at it...can you send "Parcells2" a friend request before the event so I can get you in the lobby, thks.

Best Parcells can tell is we have 9 interested parties with just under half of those not fully committed and probably wont know until race time. Bottom line there's still room left before I task the non-committals to provide more substance.

Amber you give up way too easily. All we need is a common friend OR for one of us to drop a friend to make room. Not many people like me so I’m guessing your friends list is full and not mine? Can you drop a friend to pick me up OR are you a friend of the active 2O4F tag, Cotter…anyone who’s been around a while? There’s no reason we can’t make this work bud.
I’ll check my friends list tonight just to see if I’m full…sometimes I get people to befriend me as soon as they join 2O4F and before they know what they’re getting into the next thing they forget all about me and I’m up to 100 friends.

Thats not true at all. I just proved it 5 minutes ago when I dismissed a dozen or so "so called friends" without narely a second thought. May your friendship be more fortunate.
20.5 hours pre-race update:
Looks like we still have a possible 9 participants so stragglers should have no problem getting in. When Parcells passes out in maybe 3-5 hours from now I fully expect the rain to stay clear enough to get my round of golf in when I wake up so expect the next and last update significantly coser to race time.

May be time for Parcells to hang up this racing gig, I just beat Gizzie, Max and Cobra square up in a mediocre race, no way I can top that should quit on a high note probably?
