Oh What a night!

Great games last night with the friggin old guyz! We had 8 fellars on and it was a blast. After some somewhat futile attempts to do so conquest missions, it was suggested that we play so free batlles or why not try since there are 8 of us, to do some mock battles against each other. So we did run some mock battles. Let me tell ya it was fun.

We laughed and talked trash into the wee hours of the morning and the friggun old guys are a damn decent bunch a fellas. We had some pretty hairy battles and each one was a blast. During one match I found myself the sole survivor against one man standing on the opposing team. We dualed for what i believe was about 2minute. I started shaking a little with adrenaline I was having so much fun. This game is soooo god-damned fun playing with friends! Anywho all yous that didn't hop on last night, try an be around tonight cause there will probably be more magic goin on.

Let me say even a sensible operator is amazing to have in this game. He doesn't need to be amazing, just let you know whats happening near you and when you should attack or run. During my dual; my ass was saved countless times by my operator after i lost sight of my adversary. Him relaying the position, the remaing armor points and weaknesses were well needed. I survived a 2 on one battle because of my operator telling me the guy I wasn't going to attack (because I assumed him be harder to injure) to be the one who had almost no AP left and basically running around held together with duct tape. Also another time I was pinned down behind a bluff by my adversary who was using chemical weapons (my one weakness ahhhh!). Well unknown to me was that the dudes plan was to hold me down there till he put distance between us so he could pull out his sniper rifle. Well I don;t know how my operator knew buddy had just pulled out snipers but it was all the incentive I neeeded. I hit the overboost, flew around the bluff, and within a second had him pushed back against a wall hitting him hard with Thermal weapons and chemical (his weakness MUAAAHHHAAAHHAAA!)

Having had such an enjoyable experience last night i have a reinvigorated fervor for ACV and new designs are springing to mind that I am excited to build and test. Gonna make a my recon AC with jammers and targeting subcomputers, and a target marking gun. Then design his counterpart, a verticle missile launching heavy tank and or sniper build for long range suppression and demoralization. Ohhh ya! Plus I know I can design a close quarters AC with a greater manuverability. Just gotta figure it out. Anyway catch ya at the other end of my Battle rifle bitches.

Hahah, sounds fun man! I've had similar gaming sessions but they were few and far between. There are so few players on the EU server that I spent most of my time trying to get a good game. Sadly, because of this, I traded the game in last week. A real shame to be honest.

Ya it definetly is hard to come by people to play with. Last night we got some games in. There were 6 of us.  So we tried some battle royals. They were fun but didn't have the same fun factor (for me anyway) as VS team battles. I have never been mutch for deathmatches with no teams though. still had a bunch of laughs though. After we lost a guy and dropped to 5 members we tried team deatmatch in free battles with randoms. The randoms took a long time to get in unfortunatly and we had a hard time fillin the room and ended up having small mixed teams. Still fun but kinda sucky when your friends are team killled by randoms.  Definetly best to try and stick with team battles without randoms. much more fun.

Thanx Gman and PaiganB for helping with the design testing!

I want to make a recon jammer AC as well and see how effective that is, but that will most likely have to wait till next weekend.
