There was a small beta "clan" but it may have been done more of a "test the feature" thing. The name was 2o2p.
You have to reach a certian level before you can create the clan. I think the current "plan"(I use the word loosely) is to just get one of our people up far enough to get the actual clan unlocked and our play group invited. The is a topic going strong:
