I am a long-time Magic player, both physical and digital. As I'm sure many people can relate with, my free time changed to the point where I can't make it to game stores or weekend events to play very often so I started playing MTGO regularly back in 2003/2004. Once I decided I really liked playing online, I also started up a trade bot so I can participate in the card market to offset the cost of buying expensive cards for my decks.

I dabble in the occasional weekend tournament and I am often on for single games in the tournament practice lobby right after work or late in the evening. Sunday afternoons are when I am most often playing.

For online formats, I play Modern & Commander a lot.

Modern: My go to decks are Naya Zoo & Affinity, and I am learning how to play Melira Pod & UWR Control. 

Commander: I am all over the place, but my current favorites are a Rafiq "Exalted" deck and a Zedruu "Bad Gifts" deck.

I also have decks for Pauper, Standard and Vintage but I am strictly amateur in those formats.

In terms of playstyle I respect the difference between tournament and casual. In the tournament room I bring my A game with my most vicious decks, and I play to win. In the just-for-fun room I enjoy the social game, talking and joking, not playing for a quick win. I tend to build simple tribal decks like Elves or something with a theme like Knights or Bird Soldiers when I am playing for fun. You won't see me playing the typical "Goodstuff.dec" in a casual game, I think that's overpowered.
