Installing a second graphics card

I'm going to be installing a second graphics card . My original one is the same as the additional one that i'm adding (Sapphire Radeon R9290 TRI X OC 4GB) and need to know how to connect my monitors . I have a triple screen set up (3x47" HDTV ). I also need some thoughts regarding using crossfire bridge ribbon or not using it . My motherboard (Asus Sabertooth FX ver 2.0 ) allows crossfire without the crossfire ribbon. Thanks for any help in advance !

P.S I have a 1000 w PSU and both cards require 250 w. Is the PSU enough?

Sorry mate can't help myself, being an Nvidia man, I will say apart I think for iRacing SLI and Crossfire setups do seem to cause issues with Sim Racing, most going with a single GPU solution, so be prepared for some headaches, might be fine but just a heads up.

So second graphics card installed. Iracing, Dirt3, Race Room Experience , Stock Car 2013 working . Assetto Corsa not working with crossfire on works when crossfire off . It gets lots of flickering and freezez up and even the sounds crackle. With Rfactor 2 it works but when I have the side mirrors on I get tearing on the mirrors the rear view mirror is fine.
