I think the fuel is bugged along with the tyres pitted lap 11-12 put mediums tyres on and a full tank of fuel as that's what was suggested by the game and still ran out on last lap.
Thanks to everyone coming out today. 12 racers for the inaugural race and some various pit strategies being played out.
One thing I have noticed is your shift points and wheel spin play a vital role in your gas milage. Thats the reason why I went with the two pit stratagy runing softs on all three stints. Went 9 laps, pit, 7 laps, pit, 6 laps. while taking 60 liters each stop. This kept the tires at maximum performance and can just hammer down and not worry about fuel or tires.
I like having pit stops personally, it adds something. Going thru the replay I see you and Parcells had quite the race eh Zombie?
We were having a great race,then my cat had the thought "Lets piss dad off!" He jumps in my lap,rips my headset off,and I look down and spin in the last turn. From then on I was pissed. Screwin the pooch in the pits didnt help my state of mind much either.
Yea but they are easy to skip thru, the racing starts around 4 mins in I think. Twitch loads pretty fast and u can just click your mouse on the load bar to get past the intro, gotta promote us.

Anyone have a fresh tune for Monaco. I used grimms tune and that was good a few days ago but after the 1.04 update I can't stop sliding about something has changed and not for the good for me. Wish they would stop fucking with the physics and start fixing the things that are fucked up like the pit stop bug. Someone on gt planet said the new update gave the tyres more grip. :(

No doubt you’re doing the ballast right Grimm but I just want to double check…
I had assumed (not sure why???) that you keep your maximum ballast weight until you place out of the top 6 which would leave both you and I at 45 kg for the remainder of the series unless we finish outside the top 6 vs. your last finishing position as you have documented.
p.s. can't make ANY races next weekend so catch up with everyone the following.

You assume the ballest level based on the finish of your previous race you participated in.

Not yet. I plan to run some laps tonight and get a base tune out along with an offical lap count for the race

I won't be able to make todays race as I am already committed to another series that races Sat afternoon every 2-3 weeks.
But last week was a lot of fun so hoping I can make next Sat race
