Gears 3 Friday Night Casuals

I'd be interested Gats , i'm always down for gears i'm just taking a break right now.  I just grinded my ass off for three weeks to finish out my Ser3.0.  So going to play something else for a bit.

Feel free to add me GT same as user name Iants (it's a capital i). I'm in the uk so not sure how time will work out but if u see me on send an invite or join me. Into most game types but really enjoy KOTH. Did you also post this on Epic forums? 

You know what I would really like is a regular private game doing 4v4 or 5v5 with 2o2p peeps.

Nice idea kinda like the old days of Gears and Beers on a Friday night and bad language is OK, oh hell yes!

I've been way too distracted with other games and other pursuits recently to play any Gears but if this is still going, please add me as well. I need to get back into Gears 3 before Judgement comes out.

Played a little bit last nigt with a friend on Horde mode. Good times, but we really needed a couple other to have the full 4. Playing with other randoms and no mics kinda takes some of the fun out. Gatsu, I'll send you a FR so maybe I can hook up with y'all this Friday.

Ive got company the next couple of weekends so I cant make it this Friday. JohnnyHustler just made a FOF gamertag for the Gears clan, it is a2o2pGears we should use that one to help organize regular games. Spread the word so we can get it fille up with like-minded folks. Looking forward to it!

I'll be on tonight Gatsu, since they totally borked Diablo 3 with the last patch, pretty much got nothing to play so i'll blow the dust off my G3 disc tonight.  We playing private?

I'll send an FR to the new FoF Tag. Tank and Slater are already on my FR but I'll clear up some space and add more of the people on this thread. I kind of already committed to another group tonight to play some ODST to get the stupid Endure achievement out of the way but if that is a bust, I'll gladly jump over to gears.

I'm down for Friday nights. Please, keep in mind that I'm new to gears and am pretty bad.

I sent a request to the FoF tag. Do I need to purchase all the map packs or can I get that season pass thing? Again, I have no idea what I'm going as the first day I played gears online was Tuesday. I'll be around tonight hoping to get into a game or two, my daughter is gone for a week so I'll be sure to be good and drunk by 9pm.

Oh FYI, My gamertag is "iHearPudding", just in case anyone wants to add me.

The season pass would include all the maps.  Make sure you start pulling them as soon as you can if you get the pass...some of those packs are pretty large.

The season pass gets you everything but Raams Shadow is single player content only.  So if you're only interested in playing the multiplayer stuff, it'll be cheaper buying the three DLC packs plus the free booster pack and not buying RAAMs Shadow.  Each of the other three DLC packs are 800pts and the Booster Pack is free.

ALso...  if you buy the packs a la carte thru game marketplace, they just work once you fire up the game.  If you buy the season pass, you'll download that.  Then you need to fire up gears 3 and it needs to recognize you have the season pass.  If it does, it'll tell you in-game via a pop-up that there's new content available.  THen follow the prompts in-game to download the stuff. 

Okay, so the season pass is 2400 MS points. However, the points are not sold in this amount. Can I just buy the season pass using cash somewhere?
