What's everybody up to?
Played some Blacklight Retribution (for the most part I got wrecked). Interesting thing about that game - when I was browsing for games I couldn't find a server under 177 ping. But once I was in game my ping was a much more respectable 35 - 75. So don't trust that damn server browser lol
Played some TF2 last night.
I should be around more on Steam in the coming days (although I might be getting strep throat I think). I'm hoping to pickup Resident Evil Raccoon City on the PS3 (waiting for the reviews) in the next day or 2 as well.
Should be on doing stuff tonight if anyone is around :)
oh btw I have 2 friends who said that playing D2 on the old bnet is terrible. They had to setup a private vpn and play over that to get it to work - so I've held off on picking that up. If anyone has information to the contrary please let me know and I may still pick it up :)
I have been playing mostly BF3, Defenders of Ardania, Ghost Recon online beta, and Wargame recently. I am up for some other games as well as always.
Are you saying that you are getting sick again after recovering from the flu? That sucks!
lol I know :( house with 4 kids - someone is always sick. Seems to be me right now (to be fair everyone else got hit earlier).
What is Defenders of Ardania? How is the Ghost Recon online beta?
Defenders of Ardania is a tower defense strategy game. It is ok, but so far, I am not thrilled with it. The GRO beta is pretty decent. I think it would be a fun game to play with a group and the full release will be F2P.
Still playing StarCraft II 5 nights a week or so -- mostly 2v2's with my brother-in-law. I've got Diablo II with the expansion, but I've never actually done the online thing with it.
I need to play more SC2. I have not played any multiplayer in the current season and I don't think I played any in the last season as well. I will probably need some practice vs AI before I play ranked matches again.
Sorry I haven't been around. Been busy with school and stuff. I should be able to game in a week or so.
Got The Baconing on sale on teh xbawx. Ran through it once and now I'm going again on insane (not really that insane). I'll keep an eye on the FL for some TF2 action. Also, anyone up for some portal 2 co-op? I never played those new levels they released awhile back.
Still on my death bed. Haven't been to work in 3 days - ugg. Downloaded APB:Reloaded (free 2 play mmo ala GTA / Saints Row). Only played a bit but damn I'm pretty impressed so far. I just started doing my missions and it's pretty cool. I started doing some easy "pick this up and drop it off here" type stuff but then the missions started ramping up. I did a couple of missions me versus another player (I'm on the cop side of things - he's on the thug side of the same mission) and that was pretty intense. And then I got put in a mission with some other players who were good people so we grouped (voice over ip in the game) and did some missions. All-in-all a pretty good time :)
I've been playing ShotOnline again.
Just had a 48 hours DBL XP weekend.
I didn't play that much this weekend of course, had other things on the go... but I'm back to playing this probably a round or maybe 2 a night or every other night.
I have an evening class starting on the 11th, so I'll be knocking Wednesdays out of my gameplay rotation, until mid June, and then I'll be doing another course or two.
